The overall goal of the basketball program is to assist the players in the development of their basketball skills, but most importantly, to assist in their development as people with a focus on the values expressed through the Jesuit tradition. Basketball is a vehicle to teach life lessons, to develop life-long relationships and to lead to growth educationally, spiritually, personally, and the last would be athletically. It is our hope that the players will be leaders both on and off the court exemplifying the values of effort, determination, unselfishness, loyalty, class, and caring.
