LoyolaWear Refund Policy

Unworn clothing with original tags attached, purchased in the LoyolaWear Store or online can be returned or exchanged with the original receipt for up to 30 days after purchase

Bookstore Refund Policy

A receipt is required for all returns.  Book purchases may be returned for a full refund within the first 5 days of classes.  Book purchases made after book sales, are eligible for a refund within 2 business days of the purchase.  Books must be returned in the condition that they were purchased. If a student has dropped a class, a full refund is available until the end of the first quarter.  A receipt and a copy of the student’s new schedule are required. Books not meeting the above conditions may be returned under the buyback policy at the end of the school year.

Sports Camps Refund Policy

All cancellations within one week of camp start date will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.   There are no refunds once the camp has begun. Exceptions are made for serious injury or illness. Registration fees cannot be transferred to another camp.
