President's Dinner 2012
What a celebration!
With approximately 700 guests filling the Grand Ballroom at the Hilton Chicago Friday night, the Loyola Academy community honored Father Jack Wall with the Rev. Daniel A. Lord S. J. Award for Distinguished Service in the Cause of Youth. Rev. Patrick McGrath, S.J. spoke about how each and every day the mission of Loyola Academy is lived out in the classroom, on the sports fields and in the service that our students do here in Chicago, as well as abroad. That mission is forming young women and men to live meaningful lives in leadership and service in imitation of Jesus Christ. The future is so bright!!
Father Wall gratefully accepted this honor and spoke of the role that young people have in the life of the Church. He spoke of the crucial role Loyola Academy plays in the future of our church and our world.
