Testing Accomodations - Extended Time Testing
Loyola Academy is able to support students who need limited accommodations to be successful in a college preparatory high school. Students with diagnosed learning differences have been successful in all academic tracks offered at Loyola. Loyola’s accommodations are limited to: 50% extended time on tests and semester exams, no scantron and preferential seating. A complete psychoeducational or neuropsychological evaluation, within the last three years, must be submitted to Loyola for consideration of accommodations.
If you would like to apply for accommodations on the ACT, please read our ACT Accomodations document (see Quick Links - Documents). Make sure to take note of the deadlines!
Please note: ACT does not contact Loyola with a decision about extended time. ACT will e-mail the student to indicate if extended time has been granted. Remember to print out your updated Admission Ticket and check the location of your test site!
