THE BROTHER JAMES E. SMALL, SJ, ARTS GUILD (SAG) exposes students to the arts, including theater, music, dance, visual art, and architecture. SAG members attend performing and fine arts productions and participate in arts activities and workshops to increase their appreciation for the arts, enhance their understanding of the interconnectedness of all art forms, and attain critiquing skills. Students are required to attend SAG meetings twice a month, as well as a monthly field trip or workshop, which may take place during the school day, in the evening or on the weekend, depending on the event. To participate in the program, students need to be in good academic standing and be free of disciplinary issues. Dumbach Scholars are not eligible to participate in this program.
