  • When are health forms due?

Health forms for summer school students are due by June 1. Health forms for all other incoming freshmen are due July 1. Please be advised that student athletes may not participate in athletics until all required health forms are submitted. There are no exceptions. All health forms are available on the Health Office or Magnus Health tile of your resource board. All forms must be uploaded through the Magnus Health tile.
  • What school supplies does a freshman need?

All freshmen must have an iPad (information on iPad requirements is available on the One to One Page). In addition to the iPad, students may need additional school supplies. Teachers will inform the students of the required supplies on the first day of school. Loyola does not issue a supply list. For information on textbooks and art supplies, please refer to the Back-to-School information which will be available on your resource board and emailed to you on in the beginning of July. The LoyolaWear store will be open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., through the month of June to support uniform sizing and purchases.
  • Uniform Requirements

To promote and maintain an environment of scholarship, self-respect, discipline and community, students are required to report to school each day dressed in Loyola's standard uniform. Our uniform and dress code regulations will be enforced starting on the first day of school. Students are required to wear traditional classic-cut or relaxed-fit chino khaki dress slacks and LoyolaWear shirts with the Loyola Academy seal. Please note that "skinny style" or denim pants do not comply with the dress code. Rubber-soled shoes must be worn during the school day. No sandals, moccasins or boots are permitted. No facial hair is allowed.

Questions regarding availability of LoyolaWear should be directed to LoyolaWear Store Manager, Ms. Lisa Lovcik at 847.920.2486 or llovcik@loy.org. Contact the Dean's Office at 847.920.2454 if you have questions regarding the school's uniform policy.
    More Info
  • What type of iPad does my child need?

We strongly recommend purchasing a wifi-only, standard 10th generation Apple iPad with minimum 64GB of storage. Avoid purchasing 32GB models, as those do not have enough storage to accommodate apps, digital textbooks, videos, and other materials not stored in the cloud. If you feel your student will not be diligent about deleting or moving old files to the cloud, the 256GB option may be a better choice. Likewise, the iPad Mini does not provide the screen size needed for academic purposes. Because your student has four years of iPad use ahead, we strongly encourage you to invest in a model with enough memory and storage to accommodate current and future learning needs.

  • How do I change my username or password?

To maintain consistency, Loyola Academy students use their Loyola Academy student email address credentials to login to their My Loyola account. These accounts are administered through G-Suite. Students in the Class of 2028 will receive instructions on how to activate their Rambler email account in early June. Students may change their email passwords once they have logged into their Gmail accounts. If you have forgotten Google credentials, visit the Technology Office during school hours.

Each parent has his or her own My Loyola account. All accounts are managed through Blackbaud ID (BBID). To access your account enter your email address in the username/email field and click Next. Enter your password or click the Sign in the Google or Sign in with Apple option, depending on the option you chose. More information regarding account access and login procedures is available here.
