Swimming
During his four years of swimming at Loyola Academy, Erik has compiled an amazing record. He was a 9-time Chicago Catholic League individual champion, 8-time IHSA Sectional champion and 4-time IHSA state champion. In 1989, Erik broke the state record in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:37.34 and anchored Loyola's 400-yard freestyle state champion relay team.
