Seven Loyola Photographers Selected for Juried Student Exhibition

Loyola Academy is proud to announce that seven student photographers have been selected to exhibit their work in Student Perspectives 2025, a juried show at The Perspective Photography Gallery in Evanston. Congratulations to Natnael Araia '25, Brandon Canzolino '26, Chase Kolssak '26, Isaac Martinez '26, Ethan McLean '26, Hunter Solon '26, and Morgan Szpak '27 on this outstanding artistic achievement.

Student Perspectives 2025 will be on exhibit from May 1 through May 25 at The Perspective Photography Gallery, located at 1310 1/2B Chicago Avenue in Evanston. A public opening reception will take place on Saturday, May 3, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
The gallery received more than 750 submissions from high school student artists across the Chicago area. Final selections were juried by Matt Sibur, Associate Professor in the Photography Department at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Additional information is available here.

"I'm beyond proud of my students for making it into this juried photo show," said Leslie Yatabe, Loyola Academy photography teacher. "Their hard work, creativity, and dedication have truly paid off. This achievement is a testament to their passion and talent, and I can't wait to see where they go next!"
