2024 Gonzaga Ornament Auction
Sunday, December 1 to Saturday, December 7
Through a collaboration between Ignatian Service Learning, the Visual Arts Department, and the Loyola community, dozens of ornaments beautifully decorated by students, faculty, and staff will be auctioned off to benefit the Gonzaga Christmas Drive.
The drive seeks to emulate the life and service of St. Aloysius Gonzaga, SJ, who worked with the poor and afflicted in Italy during the late 16th century. Loyola hosted its first drive in 2010, and it has since become an important holiday tradition at the Academy. The ornament auction is a more recent addition to the Gonzaga Christmas Drive and has quickly become popular among members of the Loyola community.
