Junior High Cheer Night
Students in grades five, six, seven, or eight can enjoy an evening at Loyola Academy to cheer on the Loyola Ramblers vs. Brother Rice Crusaders. Ramblers' Varsity Coach, Roxy Kakareka, and the cheer team will teach the students a routine that will be performed at the boys' varsity basketball halftime show. Come be a part of an exciting day of Rambler cheer! Drop off begins at 5:15 p.m., game time is 6:30 p.m., pick up is after the halftime show at approximately 7:15 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact the admissions office at admissions@loy.org. VIP Boys' Basketball Night
Boys in grades six, seven, or eight can enjoy an evening at Loyola Academy to cheer on the Loyola Ramblers vs. Brother Rice Crusaders. As VIP guests, participants will be included in Coach Livatino's pre-game talk, take a picture with the varsity team, and enjoy dinner and reserved seating at the game. Come be a part of an exciting night of Rambler basketball! Check in begins at 5:45 p.m. and pick up is at 8:00 p.m. Registration fee is $25 and includes dinner, t-shirt and cinch bag. Christmas Concert
Performing Arts Center, 3461 Illinois Rd, Wilmette, IlJoin us for a special concert featuring all Loyola Academy bands, orchestras, and choirs in this year’s Lessons and Carols. This unique service of Scripture and song, a tradition dating back to the late 19th century, invites us to reflect on the journey from the Fall to the promise of a Messiah, the Incarnation, and the Great Commission to share the Good News. Nine Scripture lessons will guide us through this story, each followed by a carol or song that deepens the message of each reading. Entrance Exam
Online registration for the entrance exam will begin on Monday, November 11.
The Loyola Academy administers the High School Placement Test (HSPT). The HSPT has five sections: verbal, quantitative, reading, math and language (English). The exam is only open to current eighth grade students. Students must take the Loyola Academy Entrance Exam to be considered for admission to Loyola Academy and financial aid. A student may only test at one Catholic high school.

ZoomIn a webinar for freshman, sophomore, and junior students and their parents, a panel of college admission representatives from three types of colleges (public, highly selective liberal arts, and Jesuit) will discuss how applications are evaluated at their institutions. Advent Mass and Reception For Graduate Parents and Alumni

Volunteer Opportunity: The Shared Table with Catholic Charities
The Young Alumni Council will partner with Catholic Charites for their weekly service opportunity: The Share Table (previously referred to as Tuesday Suppers). Volunteers can help by serving 130 supper guest with a nutritious, hot meal in an atmosphere of dignity and respect at their 721 N. LaSalle Street location.

As VIP guests, the participants will enjoy a snack and reserved seating, meet the coach and be part of the pre-game and post-game rituals. Come be a part of an exciting afternoon of Rambler basketball!
Check in begins at 4:45p.m. in the lobby of door 6 (north of the stadium), event begins at 5:00 p.m., game starts at 5:30 p.m. and pick up is shortly after the game concludes. Registration fee is $25 and includes ticket to game, a snack, cinch bag, and girls' state championship t-shirt. If you have any questions, please contact the admissions office at admissions@loy.org.
