Patrick E. Pfohl '79
In August 2024 Patrick E. Pfohl '79 set off for a solo cross-country bike tour to raise funds for Howard Brown. His trip will begin his 2,400-mile trip in Portland, Oregon, and he is expected to be back home in Evanston by mid-October.

In June 2024, Martin J. "Marty" Perry '72 graduated from the University of Chicago with a Master of Liberal Arts. Marty wrote in saying, "When writing my thesis, I made constant mental checks as to whether Fr. Walter Crane would approve of my grammar choices."

Elias A. Voulgaris '79 retired from the Chicago Police Department as a commander after 35 years of service. He has been selected as an Expert on Policing to the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague in the Netherlands.
