Parents of seniors are invited to take an in depth look at the college financial aid process. This discussion will cover grants and loans, scholarships, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), new protocols for the upcoming school year.
In a webinar for freshman, sophomore, and junior students and their parents, a panel of college admission representatives from three types of colleges (public, highly selective liberal arts, and Jesuit) will discuss how applications are evaluated at their institutions. The panel will review real transcript examples and provide a behind-the-scenes peek into an admissions committee.
Student-athletes and their parents/guardians are invited to attend an informational meeting via Zoom to learn more about what it takes to succeed on and off the playing field in college. Speakers include members of the Loyola Academy Athletics Department, the College Counseling Department, and current seniors who are going to play a sport in college. No registration is required.
