Seventy-one years ago this fall, Francis M. Corby completed his final season of Loyola Rambler football. However, he was not yet finished with the Academy. He felt he had a debt to pay to the Jesuits and the school that had done so much for him. He may have hung up his helmet and cleats, but in a very real way, he had not yet left Loyola, and never would.
