Ramblers are headed to state!

Congratulations to the girls' track team and the following athletes who have qualified for the IHSA State Track and Field Championship this weekend, May 16 to May 18, at Eastern Illinois University:

3200-meter run: Jane Lynch '25, clocking in at 10:55.
4x400m relay: Lieselle Curry '25, Casey Loder '24, Katie Hussman '24, Kathryn San Roman '24, achieving a time of 4:04.02.
Triple Jump: Ashley Banaszek '26, leaping 11.04 meters.

Kudos to the following athletes who showcased their talents at the sectional track meet on Wednesday, May 8:

Mary Kane '24: Shot Put, setting a personal record (PR).
Kate Kelly '27: 100m hurdles (PR) and 300m hurdles (PR).
Abiela Lewis '26: 100m (PR).
Ally Tamas '24: 100m (PR).
Leah Harker '24: 400m (PR).
Andrea Fernandez '24: 400m (PR).
Ellen Gundlach '25: 300m (PR).
Ana Kimball '25: 1600m (PR).
