Boys' Track & Field Update

The boys' track team secured a 13th place finish at the IHSA State Championship meet held at Eastern Illinois University. Enoch Appiah-Kubi '24 achieved all-state honors by placing 2nd in the Triple Jump with a mark of 47' 5" and 6th in the Long Jump at 22' 6.5". The 4x200m Relay team, consisting of Emmanuel Ofosu '24, JT Kurtzweil '24, Miles Lyons '26, and Nick Arogundade '24, also earned all-state honors by finishing 5th. Additionally, Nick Arogundade '24 placed 10th in the 300m Hurdles, and the 4x400m Relay team, featuring JT Kurtzweil '24, Aidan O’Sullivan '24, Nick Arogundade '24, and Miles Lyons '26, finished 15th.
