Boys' Lacrosse Program Volunteers at Feed My Starving Children
On Saturday, January 27, the Loyola Academy boys' lacrosse team and a number of parents volunteered at Feed My Starving Children in Libertyville. Founded in 1987, Feed My Starving Children is a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children.
Players spent two hours assembling food packs that will be sent to children in over twelve countries around the world!
Allotting time for service projects helps to fulfill Loyola Academy’s mission to form women and men for meaningful lives of leadership and service.
