Loyola Academy Strengthens Community Ties in Florida

In February, Loyola Academy’s leadership reconnected with Ramblers in Florida, strengthening bonds within our extended community and sharing the exciting future ahead for the school.

The gatherings provided a meaningful opportunity for alumni, parents, and friends to engage with Loyola Academy’s President, Rev. Gregory J. Ostdiek, SJ, and former Loyola Academy President and current board member, Rev. Theodore Munz, SJ.
We are especially grateful to Betty Parkinson, who graciously hosted a Mass and reception at her home in Naples. Fr. Greg celebrated the Mass, then shared updates on Loyola’s strategic vision, highlighting the Academy’s continued growth and commitment to excellence. Principal Tim Devine ‘88 spoke about the student experience, offering insights into the dynamic learning environment and formation opportunities that shape Loyola students into Ignatian leaders. On the east coast, Jim and Cate Denny welcomed Ramblers for a beautiful luncheon in Hobe Sound. Fr. Greg addressed the attendees, emphasizing the critical role that alumni, parents, and friends play in shaping the future of Loyola Academy. He spoke passionately about the school's commitment to academic excellence, and the impact of community support in advancing Loyola’s mission.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are deeply grateful for the generosity and engagement of our extended Rambler family, whose dedication ensures that Loyola Academy remains a beacon of faith, scholarship, and service. To stay connected, please make sure we have your updated contact information. If you have multiple addresses, including a vacation home, let us know by completing the Profile Update Form.
