The Class of 1979 Celebrates 45th Reunion

We were thrilled to host the Class of 1979 for their 45th reunion on October 11 and 12. It was a weekend filled with opportunities for alumni to reconnect, reminisce, and have fun together.

Alumni warmed up the weekend with some friendly competition on the paddle tennis courts and a social at the Glen View Club Paddle Hut on Friday night, hosted by Jim Brault '79.

On Saturday, classmates got together to watch the Ramblers take on Providence Catholic Celtics (final: Loyola Academy 42–Providence Catholic 6). Immediately following the game, 1979 Ramblers joined the wider Loyola Academy community for a beautiful Mass, presided by Campus Minister Rev. Stanislaw Czarnecki, SJ.

Then, alumni headed to their official reunion celebration in the Loyola Lounge. Throughout the evening, Ramblers reveled in the company of their classmates as they shared memories from their school years.

We hope this special weekend inspires future gatherings and the continued connection between this class.
