PE Department Names Ramblers of the Second Quarter

Each quarter, the Physical Education Department recognizes students as "Ramblers of the Quarter" for their hard work and effort in PE. These students are selected based on four important criteria: excellent performance, unusual service for others, special accomplishment, and significant improvement. Please join us in congratulating the following students who earned this PE distinction for the second quarter: Darby Hayes '27, Madison Locke '27, Mark Atwood '27, Amelia Vedder '26, Kaitlyn McGovern '26, Gabe Brooks '26, and Brody Munsey-Johnson '26.
Darby Hayes '27
"Darby has been a wonderful student and leader in Dance 1/Health. In the health classroom, she is always very attentive and her work is very well done. In the dance studio, Darby has shown that she is a wonderful leader and helper with her peers. She demonstrates when needed, is always on task, and takes direction and feedback very well. Thank you, Darby, for being a wonderful dancer and student in Dance 1/Health!" — Mrs. Duda

Madison Locke '27
"Madison is highly active and excited about every PE class. She is a leader on the volleyball and basketball courts. Madison is willing to demonstrate for classmates and help with each exercise." — Coach Simon

Mark Atwood '27
"Mark is the definition of a good student. First to get changed, first to finish his laps, and first to follow directions. He gives 100% in every sport or activity no matter what his skill level is. I believe Mark is a role model to all of his classmates. I am very happy to have Mark in class. Keep up the good work." — Coach Batti

Amelia Vedder '26
"Amelia has been an awesome student in yoga/pilates this quarter. She is always very attentive in class, and it shows with her knowledge in both yoga and pilates. She is always very cheerful, offers to help with equipment, and a friendly face to talk to and rely on with assistance if needed. Thank you, Amelia, for being a great yoga/pilates student!" — Mrs. Duda

Kaitlyn McGovern '26
"Kaitlyn demonstrates all of the qualities we look for in a sophomore PE student. She is respectful, helpful, and hard working. Throughout the first semester, Kaitlyn has consistently put forth her best effort each day. Regardless of what we are doing in class, I can always count on Kaitlyn to show great leadership with her work ethic, focus, and positive demeanor." — Mrs. Bosco

Gabe Brooks '26
"Gabe has a tremendous attitude that is contagious and always has a smile on his face while working very hard. He is a pleasure to have in class." — Coach Livatino

Brody Munsey-Johnson '26
