We are a program that values a team first approach, hard work, and respect. As our sport is typically recognized as an individual sport it’s crucial to establish everyone’s role throughout the course of a season. Regardless of training group, working individually to the fullest capability is the Rambler way. Throughout the course of a season there are bound to be ups and downs that will occur. These can range from physical, mental, and academic stresses that our team will experience in some way shape and form each year. The greatest contribution any student/athlete can provide is the best version of themselves on each day they represent this program. If it was not for our captains Simone Abbasi, Georgia Andrew, Maria Cheng, Sally Lien, and Reilly O’Hara relaying these values and messages of team, hard work, and respect our season could not have been possible. These 5 young women, along with all our Senior Leadership, provided Loyola Academy and LAGSD with the highest standard of care on how to lead a group of young women on a path for great success beyond the walls of the Norcross Aquatic Center.
